Refund Policy

At TANTRAS, we take pride in the quality of our sarees and your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact


2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Color variations due to digital screen differences

  • Custom-made or altered sarees


3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund:

  1. Email us at tantrasaree@gmail.com  within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include your order number, unboxing video or photos, and a brief description of the issue

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you on the return pickup process if approved

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days


4. Refund Mode

  • Refunds will be made via the original method of payment

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, you will be requested to provide your bank details or UPI for a manual transfer


5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong product), we will bear the return shipping cost

  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges
